Drafting Table

This was a personal project for a friend. It was fun to work on a product with no hard constraints and a simple goal.

The inspiration for many of the aesthetic elements came from the shapes of the offcuts left over from the raw lumber processing. There wasn't very much planning that went into the project, which I found very refreshing.

I enjoy putting myself outside of my comfort zone, and the process of this project defintely did that to the more engineering-centric part of my mind!
